Darryl studied architecture at the National University of Singapore.

Upon graduation in 2010, he worked at award-winning boutique firm W Architects on several cultural landmarks including the Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall and the Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum.

In 2012, he joined RSP Architects Planners and Engineers and acquired close to a decade of experience on a diverse range of large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects for institutional and commercial developers.

He established Lightwell Architects in 2022 to focus on residential architecture and interiors.

Darryl is a Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore. He is occasionally invited as a Guest Critic at his alma mater and pens articles for Tatler Homes and Stacked Homes outside of practice.
